The GenIISys Users Circle (GUC) was organized to serve as a venue for keeping the GenIISys users up to date on new developments and system enhancements. It has also since served as a forum for the exchange of implementation experiences and ideas between the members and CPI. The meetings are held once a month. Members have found attending these user group forums to be both productive and fun because of the camaraderie that has been forged amongst them. The GUC has proven to be a strong and active user group that CPI is committed to support.

CPI takes pride in the fact that 2 of the current GenIISys users (Citystate Insurance and Metropolitan Insurance) have chosen to upgrade from NIIS, GenIISys' equally distinguished character-based version. Their claim to CPI's tried and tested system and consistent quality service has led them to remain in CPI's roster of loyal and happy customers.
