Seaboard has been using an in-house developed system for over 10 years. Seaboard users will also be empowered to generate reports without having to request and wait for MIS to produce them. These include production reports, bordereauxs, risk profiles and other statistical reports not only for internal use but also to comply with external requirements such as those of the Insurance Commission.

GENIISYS finds another home in PHILCHARTER

Click here to see more pictures We are pleased to announce that GENIISYS has found another home at Philippine Charter Insurance Corporation. This is GENIISYS’ 13th implementation, maintaining its leadership in the local insurance industry. After a very thorough and grueling selection process conducted by both the PhilCharter Ad Hoc Committee and the Metrobank Group’s Technical Committee, GENIISYS was finally chosen because of its product maturity, functionality, proven performance, quality output matched with a price that is truly cost effective.

The result of the site visits clinched PhilCharter's decision. They visited customers using the software solutions being evaluated. They reviewed the outputs and how the software was being used. Only GENIISYS was producing the trial balance in an actual production run. This was proof that the integration of the different modules with accounting was indeed running correctly. So, even if cost had weight in their evaluation, PhilCharter chose GENIISYS over the other lower priced options.

PhilCharter had to be certain about a running integration with accounting because they believe this will not only produce reports that are timely and consistent across the system, it will also free their accounting staff of tedious report preparation. In addition, a software that is proven to run from quotation up to accounting will bring greater efficiency to their operations which eventually will benefit their customers, agents and brokers, reinsurers and other entities they deal with.
