IT Resourcing & Staff Augmentation

CPI’s HR philosophy is to grow its own people. We believe that our people are our most important resource and we invest heavily in recruiting, training and developing talent whose skills and work attitudes are used by out clients. For some of our clients, our staff provide much needed support to their IT teams. Other clients do not have IT teams at all and rely on our people to provide all of their IT requirements interfacing directly with user management and staff. Our staff can be deployed either at the client’s site or perform the work at CPI’s premises, especially when the client is based outside the Philippines.
