CPI is an early adapter to Oracle technology. We began in 1990 when we developed the first version of our Property & Casualty Insurance application, now in its third generation, still on Oracle technology. In 1993 CPI began to offer the Oracle Career-Entry Program, a comprehensive, in-house-developed program to train new hires. In 2000, CPI became a certified Oracle Partner and in 2003 became an Oracle University Partner. CPI has grown its range of solution and service offerings on Oracle technology to include database, development tools, business intelligence and Oracle Apps.
IBM has been a client of CPI for several years but in November of 2010, CPI and IBM launched their partnership to target the insurance industry. A good number of GENIISYS clients run their applications on IBM servers in both Unix and Windows-based environments, providing real-time processing capabilities to their branches nation-wide.
Figlo is a Dutch company that has built a strong reputation and brand around Financial Advisory solutions for Financial Advisers and companies in the Financial Services and Insurance industries. They are constantly updating their product offerings to include solutions that allow banks and financial institutions to use the power of the internet and mobile technology to reach their end consumers directly. As part of Figlo’s expansion to Asia, they have partnered with CPI in the Philippine market to bring their cutting-edge solutions to this part of the world and tapping into CPI’s brand equity in the insurance and banking industries.

CPI became a member of PSIA in 2004 and has been active ever since. CPI senior executives have sat on the board of PSIA at different years and continue to be an active member in initiatives covering capability development and marketing. CPI worked actively with PSIA on the Philippine Governments Train-for-Work Scholarships and has become an accredited Training Provider under this program. This year, CPI became a co-founder of the PSIA Product Development Special Interest Group (PD/SIG) which seeks to build a community of at least 50 member companies by 2012 and produce at least 10 globally-recognized software products by 2016.
CBI – Center for the Promotion of Imports from Developing Countries
CBI is an organization based in the Netherlands that seeks to help companies in developing countries to sell their products and services to the European Union. CPI became a member of CBI’s Export Promotion program for the IT Outsourcing industry for 2008-2012. This program is helping CPI to strengthen its competitiveness in the area of marketing and capability development including obtaining ISO certification by the first half of 2012.
