“Bebette" as she is known to family and friends, began her IT career with Computer Information Systems, Inc. She was assigned to FGU Insurance Corporation to manage their computerization project where she developed her expertise and network in the Philippine insurance industry. In 1987, Bebette and 12 of her colleagues founded CPI. Bebette has been at the helm of CPI up to the present time and through her leadership, CPI has been able to achieve sustainable growth through the highs and lows of the global IT industry, expanding its client base in both local and foreign markets, growing its workforce to over 200 employees and establishing itself as one of the country's more successful and stable fully-Filipino owned software companies.

Marketing and Sales Champion
Alex N. Ventura

Alex N. Ventura is a chemical engineer by profession but a sales and marketing person at heart. He is CPI's Director for Marketing concurrent to his being Chairman of the Board. He helped put up CPI's marketing and sales group in 2009 and the team grew CPI's revenues by 50% in 2011. He is passionate about making CPI a prominent player in the global market.

Vice President for Business Development
Ma. Rosario M. Gruet

Ito has over 25 years of experience in IT covering different areas of software development in various roles including programming, analysis and design, project management, IT management, training, marketing and product and business development. She has had extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked with the Pioneer Group of Insurance Companies in IT and project management roles. At CPI, she headed the group that developed an integrated non-life insurance system that has since been widely adapted in the Philippine insurance market.

Vice President for Finance and Purchasing
Wilma R. Robles

Wilma has over 30 years of experience in Accounting. She joined CPI in 1988. As the CPI's Head of Finance, she is responsible for the overall direction and control of the company's financial matters, such as controllership, financial reporting, management and cost accounting, taxation, treasury and investments. She also plays a key role in setting of company policies and guidelines. Prior to CPI, Wilma has been the Internal Auditor of the Rural Bank of Lobo (Bats), Inc. She also held the Chief Accountant position in RK Davis & Associates, Inc. She is a graduate Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant.

Chief Information Officer and Training Head
Cynthia M. Rojas

Cyn has 15 years experience in the Information Technology Industry. As Chief Information Officer, she handles and support all the IT requirements of the company. She is also responsible in managing the company's training services as well as handling client account of a top international technology company. She has been assigned to several projects which includes Equitable PCI Bank where she has been involved in system development, implementation and maintenance projects. She was also assigned to TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) where she held extensive roles from technical lead, support and business analyst. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Clothing Technology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.
