Effective February 2005, Ms. Carmela Papa will be taking her seat once more as head of our HR Department. Unknown to many of the current employees, Ms. Carmela was with CPI from 1997 to 2000. She then left CPI to work in a multinational construction firm where she took greater responsibility also in the HR realm. After 5 years, she returns with a considerable depth of experience and management ability, which are much needed because of CPI’s growing number of people and clients.
Apart from all her professional qualifications, Ms. Carmela will strike you as a very friendly and down to earth person. She’s still single and hoping to meet her significant other sometime soon!
